Welcome to Age Calculator Easy ("the App"), a mobile age calculator developed by Storq Labs BV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands.

This Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your rights. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device Only

The following data is entered by you and stored exclusively on your device via AsyncStorage. This data is never transmitted to Storq Labs servers:

The App uses Google AdMob to display non-personalized banner advertisements. Google AdMob may automatically collect certain data, including but not limited to:

• Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, device model)
• IP address (used for ad serving and approximate geolocation)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• App usage data related to ad display

Important: The App requests non-personalized ads only (requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly: true). However, Google may still collect certain technical data for ad serving, fraud prevention, and attribution purposes. We do not control what data Google collects.

2.3 SKAdNetwork Attribution Data

Apple's SKAdNetwork may collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable attribution data to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. This data is collected by Apple, not by us.

2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT collect:

• No analytics or tracking data — We do not use any first-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
• No crash reporting to external services
• No personal identification — No names, emails, or accounts
• No location data
• No contacts or address book access
• No browsing history
• No account creation required
• No telemetry or usage tracking (beyond what AdMob collects automatically)

5. How Your Data Is Used

Data stored locally on your device is used exclusively for:

• Calculating your exact age in years, months, and days
• Calculating total days alive
• Calculating days until your next birthday
• Detecting your birthday for the confetti celebration feature
• Copying age details to your clipboard (only when you tap the copy button)
• Remembering your ad-removal purchase status

Data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to copy your age details to the clipboard.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Clear App Data: Clear the app's storage in your device settings to remove all locally stored data
• Uninstall: Removing the app permanently deletes all locally stored data

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because your personal data is stored locally and not processed by us, you exercise these rights directly through the app:

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: We do not collect personal information through our own servers, so there is nothing to disclose from us directly. Google AdMob may collect certain data as described in Section 2.2.
• Right to Delete: Delete your data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Age Calculator Easy is available to users of all ages. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

• All user-entered data (date of birth) is stored locally on the device only and is never transmitted to any server
• The App requests non-personalized ads only from Google AdMob
• No account creation, login, or personal identification is required

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through a third-party service (e.g., Google AdMob), please contact us at privacy@storqlabs.com and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International Data Transfers

We do not transfer any data internationally. However, Google AdMob may transfer data internationally as part of its ad-serving infrastructure. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on their international data transfers.

Your data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. The security of your data depends on:

• Your device's security settings (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• Your operating system's security features
• Physical security of your device

By using this app, you acknowledge that:

• We may discontinue the App at any time without prior notice
• We make no guarantee of continued service availability
• All locally stored data will remain on your device but the app may become inaccessible
• No refunds will be provided upon discontinuation except where required by law

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or failure of telecommunications or information systems.

15. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we may provide notice through the app or App Store update notes.

Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
