Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away. On Android, use the recent apps view.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Check Your Date of Birth
Verify that your date of birth is entered correctly. Even one day off will affect all calculations.
Reset the 'As of' Date
If results look wrong, tap Reset on the 'As of' date to set it back to today.
Reinstall the App (Last Resort)
Uninstall and reinstall the app. WARNING: This will delete your saved date of birth. Your 'Remove Ads' purchase can be restored.
