Welcome to Coin Flip - Heads or Tails ("the App"), developed by Storq Labs BV ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Coin Flip - Heads or Tails stores the following information locally on your device only using UserDefaults:

• Flip History: Your last 50 coin flip results (stored locally only)
• User Preferences: Sound effects, haptic feedback, and shake-to-flip toggle settings
• Purchase Status: Whether you have purchased the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase (managed by Apple StoreKit)

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT do:

• We do NOT collect any personal identifying information
• We do NOT require account creation or login
• We do NOT store any data on external servers or cloud services
• We do NOT track your location
• We do NOT access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties
• We do NOT use proprietary analytics or telemetry systems

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

4.1 Google AdMob

The App displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob. The AdMob SDK may collect certain information including, but not limited to:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• IP address (may be used for general location targeting)
• Cookies and similar technologies for ad personalization

We do not control the data collection practices of Google AdMob. For details on what data Google collects and how it is used, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS. You may also use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to control ad tracking.

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, all advertising (and associated AdMob data collection) is permanently disabled.

4.2 Apple StoreKit 2

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit 2. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of purchase-related data.

4.3 Apple SKAdNetwork

The App uses Apple's SKAdNetwork for ad attribution. This is an Apple-managed framework that provides attribution data to ad networks in a privacy-preserving manner without revealing individual user data.

5. Device Permissions

The App uses the following device capabilities:

• Motion & Accelerometer (CoreMotion): Used for the shake-to-flip feature. This sensor data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is never stored or transmitted. No iOS permission prompt is required for this capability.

The App does NOT request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive device permissions.

6. Data Deletion

Since all app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data at any time by:

• Clearing your flip history within the App (tap the trash icon in History)
• Deleting the App from your device

There is no data stored on our servers to delete because we never collect any data in the first place. To manage data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's privacy controls.

7. Children's Privacy

Coin Flip - Heads or Tails is a general-audience app suitable for all ages. The App itself does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

However, third-party advertising (Google AdMob) may collect data as described in Section 4. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has been exposed to inappropriate data collection through advertising, please contact us at hello@storqlabs.com or adjust your child's device settings to limit ad tracking.

8. International Data Transfers

The App itself does not transfer any data internationally. However, third-party services (Google AdMob, Apple) may transfer data to servers located in different countries. Such transfers are governed by the respective privacy policies of those third parties and are subject to appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

9. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Other Regulations)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: You may request information about what data we hold about you. Since we collect no personal data, we hold nothing.
• Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your data. Delete the App to remove all locally stored data.
• Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of personalized advertising via your device's privacy settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

For any data collected by Google AdMob, please exercise your rights through Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com/privacy.

10. Data Security

All App data is stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in UserDefaults storage, which benefits from the security measures provided by your device's operating system (including device encryption when a passcode is set). We do not transmit any data over the internet for App functionality. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Storq Labs BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any decisions made based on coin flip results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or any in-app purchase.

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

14. Service Availability & Discontinuation

By using Coin Flip - Heads or Tails, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may discontinue the App at any time without prior notice
• We make no guarantee of continued service availability
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at our sole discretion
• We are under no obligation to maintain, update, or support the App
