General Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Close and Reopen the App
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen, swipe the app away, then reopen it.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store and the latest iOS version.
Check Your Settings
Make sure sound, haptics, and shake-to-flip are configured the way you want in the app's Settings.
Reinstall the App
If all else fails, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. Note: this will clear your flip history and preferences, but your Remove Ads purchase can be restored.

- Works fully offline (no internet required for core features)
- Internet required for ads and in-app purchases only
