Plain Language Summary
Your data stays on your device. Concrete Calculator & Cost Est does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All your calculation data and saved projects are stored locally on your device only. We have no servers storing your data. The only third-party service we use is Apple for processing the in-app Pro purchase.

Welcome to Concrete Calculator & Cost Est ("the App"), a mobile concrete volume and bag count calculator developed by Storq Labs BV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands.
This Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your rights. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Important Note: Because all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us, we do not process personal data in connection with your use of the App's core functionality.

- No analytics or tracking data - We do not use any analytics SDKs (no Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
- No crash reporting to external services - We do not collect crash logs
- No personal identification - No names, emails, or accounts
- No location data - We do not request or use location
- No contacts or address book access
- No browsing history
- No advertising identifiers
- No data sent to external servers (except App Store for purchases)
- No account creation required - We do not store any user accounts
- No telemetry or usage tracking
2.3 Automatic Data Collection
None. No automatic data collection occurs. All data in the App is voluntarily entered by you.

None. The App does not request any device permissions.

4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services only:
Apple App Store (StoreKit/IAP)
Purpose: Processing the one-time $4.99 in-app purchase for the Pro upgrade.
Data Handling: All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status (not payment information).

Google Mobile Ads (Android - Future)
Purpose: Displaying advertisements on the future Android version of the app.
Data Handling: Google may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. This applies only to the Android version when available.

iOS Version: No Third-Party Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking: The iOS version does not use Google Analytics, Firebase, AdMob, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any other tracking or advertising services.
5. How Your Data Is Used
Data stored locally on your device is used exclusively for:
- Calculating concrete volume (cubic yards, cubic feet, cubic meters)
- Calculating bag counts (60lb and 80lb bags)
- Estimating material costs based on user-entered prices
- Applying waste factor adjustments
- Saving and loading projects (Pro feature)
- Remembering your measurement unit preference
Data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share calculation results via the system share sheet.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:
- Delete Individual Projects: Remove specific saved projects from the Saved tab
- Uninstall: Removing the app permanently deletes all locally stored data
Data Recovery: We cannot recover deleted data because we never had access to it. If you delete data or uninstall the app, it is permanently gone unless you have a device backup.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because your data is stored locally and not processed by us, you exercise these rights directly through the app:

Concrete Calculator & Cost Est is a construction tool designed for use by adult homeowners and professional contractors. This app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years of age.

All calculations provided by this app are estimates for planning purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate for any specific project. You are solely responsible for verifying calculations independently before purchasing materials.
Not Professional Engineering Advice
This app is a calculation tool, not a substitute for professional structural engineering advice. The developer is not responsible for any construction defects, material shortages, cost overruns, structural failures, personal injury, or property damage arising from reliance on this app's calculations.
13. Service Availability & Discontinuation
IMPORTANT: CONCRETE CALCULATOR & COST EST MAY BE DISCONTINUED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUED AVAILABILITY.
By using this app, you acknowledge that:
- We may discontinue the App at any time without prior notice
- We make no guarantee of continued service availability
- All locally stored data will remain on your device but the app may become inaccessible
- No refunds will be provided upon discontinuation except where required by law
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we may provide notice through the app or App Store update notes.
