Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store.
Verify Input Units
Check that your measurement units (imperial vs metric) are set correctly in Settings. A common issue is entering inches when the app expects feet, or vice versa.
Restore Purchase
If Pro features aren't working, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
Reinstall the App (Last Resort)
Uninstall and reinstall the app. WARNING: This will delete all saved projects permanently.

- iOS: iOS 16.0 or later
- Devices: iPhone only
- Storage: Approximately 30MB for app installation
- Android: Planned for future release
