Welcome to Cornhole Stats, an iOS and Android app developed by Storq Labs BV ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Cornhole Stats stores the following information locally on your device only using AsyncStorage:

• Game Scores: Current and historical game scores for both teams
• Round History: Detailed round-by-round scoring data
• Team/Player Names: Custom names you enter for teams or players
• User Preferences: Haptic feedback settings, default rule presets, and other app preferences

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT do:

• We do NOT require user registration or accounts
• We do NOT collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do NOT use analytics or tracking services
• We do NOT display advertisements
• We do NOT share data with third parties
• We do NOT sync data to cloud servers
• We do NOT access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location
• We do NOT use cookies or web tracking
• We do NOT collect device identifiers for tracking purposes
• We do NOT store any data on external servers
• We do NOT make any network requests or API calls

4. How the App Works

Cornhole Stats operates entirely on your device:

• All score tracking and calculations happen locally on your device
• Game history is stored in local device storage (AsyncStorage)
• The app implements ACO (American Cornhole Organization) cancellation scoring rules
• Haptic feedback (device vibration) is used for score updates when enabled
• No data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party servers
• The app works completely offline with no internet required

5. Share Feature

Cornhole Stats allows you to share game results as images using the standard OS share feature:

• Sharing is initiated only when you explicitly choose to share
• Shared content goes through your device's standard share sheet
• We have no control over or access to content you choose to share
• You are solely responsible for how and where you share game results

6. Third-Party Services

The app is built using:

• Expo/React Native: The framework used to build the app. No data is transmitted to Expo servers in production builds.

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Data persists until you delete the app
• No server-side storage exists
• No backups are made to developer-controlled servers
• iCloud/Google backup behavior is controlled by your device settings

To delete all app data:

• Simply uninstall the app from your device
• Or use the clear history option within the app (if available)

There is no data stored on our servers to delete because we never collect any data in the first place.

9. Children's Privacy

Cornhole Stats is intended for a general audience. While the app is not specifically directed at children under 13, since we do not collect any personal information from anyone, there is no risk of collecting children's data.

We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) by design - no personal data is collected from any user, regardless of age.

10. International Users

Cornhole Stats is available worldwide. Since we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data:

• GDPR (EU): No personal data processing occurs. All data remains on your device under your control.
• CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information because we do not collect any.

No international data transfers occur because no data leaves your device.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data:

• Access: Your game history is stored locally on your device - you have full access
• Deletion: Delete local data by uninstalling the app
• Opt-out: Simply don't use the app
• Portability: Share game results using the built-in share feature

Since we don't store any data on our servers, all data rights are exercised through your control of your local device data.

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. By using Cornhole Stats, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may discontinue the App at any time without prior notice
• We make no guarantee of continued service availability
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at our sole discretion
• We are under no obligation to maintain, update, or support the App
