Welcome to Storq Labs countdown apps! We create fun, beautiful countdown timer applications that help you track the days, hours, minutes, and seconds until your favorite events and holidays.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use any of our countdown applications. We're committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2. Data We Don't Collect

Storq Labs does not collect, store, or process personal data on our servers. Specifically, we do NOT:

• Require user accounts, logins, or registration
• Collect your name, email address, or phone number
• Upload your photos, images, or countdown events to our servers
• Track your precise GPS location
• Access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data
• Record your usage patterns or behavior on our servers
• Share any personal information with third parties (because we don't have any)

All your countdown data stays on your device, under your control.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Data

Our countdown apps are free, supported by advertisements through Google AdMob. While we don't collect data, our advertising partner does collect certain information to display ads.

3.1 What AdMob Collects

Google AdMob may collect:

• Advertising Identifiers: IDFA (iOS) or GAID (Android)
• Device Information: Model, OS version, screen size, language
• Network Information: IP address (used for country-level targeting)
• Ad Interaction Data: Which ads you see and interact with

This data is used to show you relevant advertisements and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can limit ad personalization:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable tracking
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID or opt out

4. Local Data Storage

Our apps store data locally on your device to remember your preferences and countdowns:

• Countdown Events: Dates and titles you create
• Theme Preferences: Your selected colors, backgrounds, and display options
• Notification Settings: Your reminder preferences
• Widget Configurations: How your home screen widgets are set up
• Photos: Any custom photos you add (stored in your device's photo library)

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored app data.

5. App Features & Permissions

5.1 Push Notifications

We may request permission to send notifications for countdown reminders. This is completely optional. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device - we don't send push notifications from our servers.

5.2 Camera & Photo Library

Some apps allow you to use custom photos as backgrounds. When you grant camera or photo access:

• Photos are stored locally on your device only
• We never upload photos to our servers
• We never share photos with third parties

5.3 Home Screen Widgets

Our widgets display countdown information on your home screen. Widget data is stored locally and refreshes periodically using system APIs.

6. Children's Privacy

Our countdown apps are not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Since our apps don't require accounts and don't collect personal data, children can safely use them. Advertisements shown are subject to Google's policies for child-appropriate content where applicable.

7. Your Rights

7.1 Access & Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device:

• To access your data: Simply open the app
• To delete your data: Uninstall the app

7.2 EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Since we don't store your personal data on our servers, these rights are automatically satisfied.

7.3 California Users (CCPA)

Under CCPA, you have the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

8. Security

Since your data stays on your device, its security depends on your device's security measures. We recommend:

• Keeping your device's operating system updated
• Using a passcode or biometric lock
• Only downloading apps from official app stores

9. Disclaimers, Service Availability & Refunds

OUR COUNTDOWN APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

By using our countdown apps, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may discontinue any App at any time without prior notice
• We make no guarantee of continued service availability
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at our sole discretion
• No refunds will be provided upon service discontinuation
• You should not rely on the continued availability of any App
