Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away. On Android, use the recent apps button.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Verify Your Data Entry
Double-check that balances, interest rates, and minimum payments are entered correctly. Small errors can significantly affect projections.
Restore Purchase
If ads are showing after purchase, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
Reinstall the App (Last Resort)
Uninstall and reinstall the app. WARNING: This will delete all your data permanently.

- Storage: Approximately 50MB for app installation
