Welcome to EU VAT Invoice Generator ("VAT Invoice EU," "the App"), a mobile invoicing application developed by Storq Labs BV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands.

This Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your rights. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

None. No automatic data collection occurs. All data in the App is voluntarily entered by you.

5. How Your Data Is Used

Data stored locally on your device is used exclusively for:

• Displaying your business information on invoices you create
• Storing and managing your client database
• Creating, viewing, and managing invoices
• Calculating VAT automatically based on transaction type
• Generating PDF invoices for export or sharing
• Tracking invoice status (Draft, Sent, Paid)
• Remembering your app preferences

Data only leaves your device when you explicitly choose to export or share an invoice (via PDF export, email, or the system share sheet).

6. Device Backup Considerations

If you enable iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android), your device backup may include app data. This is controlled by you through your device settings, not by the App.

• iCloud Backup: Managed by Apple under their privacy policy
• Google Backup: Managed by Google under their privacy policy

We have no access to or control over device backups.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Edit Data: Modify any business, client, or invoice data in the app
• Delete Individual Records: Remove specific clients or invoices
• Reset All Data: Use Settings → Reset All Data to clear everything
• Uninstall: Removing the app permanently deletes all locally stored data

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because your data is stored locally and not processed by us, you exercise these rights directly through the app:

EU VAT Invoice Generator is a business tool designed for use by adults aged 18 and over who operate businesses. This app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

Because we do not collect any data, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting children's information.

For the limited data processing that does occur:

• Local App Functionality: Not applicable - data is not "processed" by Storq Labs as defined under GDPR
