Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store.
Check Storage Space
Ensure your device has enough free storage for saving data and generating PDFs.
Restore Purchase
If Pro features aren't working, go to Settings → Restore Purchase.
Reinstall the App (Last Resort)
Uninstall and reinstall the app. WARNING: This will delete all local data permanently.
Device Requirements
- iOS: iOS 15.0 or later
- Devices: iPhone only (not optimized for iPad)
- Storage: Approximately 50MB for app installation
- Android: Coming soon
How to Reset All Data
If you need to completely reset all data in the app:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Reset All Data"
- Confirm the reset
Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your company profile, clients, and invoices will be permanently deleted.
