• Selfies are captured via camera or selected from your photo library
• Photos are transmitted via HTTPS to our backend API (ai-backend-us.storqlabs.com)
• Photos are processed by Google Gemini 2.0 Flash AI to generate figurines
• Photos may be temporarily stored on backend servers during processing
• Generated figurines are stored locally on your device

2.2 Device Information (May Collect)

We may collect basic device information for compatibility and troubleshooting:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version

2.3 Analytics (May Collect)

We may collect anonymous usage analytics:

• Features used
• Generation counts
• Crash reports for stability improvements

2.4 Local Storage Only

The following data is stored locally on your device only using AsyncStorage:

• Generated Figurines: Your created figurine gallery
• App Preferences: Selected action templates and settings
• Purchase Status: Record of action packs purchased

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT collect:

• We do NOT require user registration or accounts
• We do NOT collect names, emails, phone numbers, or personal identifiers
• We do NOT collect location data
• We do NOT access your contacts or address book
• We do NOT collect health data
• We do NOT collect financial information (payments handled by app stores)
• We do NOT share data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. Photo Processing & AI Generation

Photo Processing Flow:

1. You capture or select a selfie
2. You choose an action template (e.g., "Working at Desk", "Playing Guitar")
3. The photo is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to ai-backend-us.storqlabs.com
4. Our backend sends the photo to Google Gemini 2.0 Flash AI for processing
5. The AI generates 4 miniature isometric figurine variants
6. Results are returned to your device
7. You can save figurines locally to your gallery

5. Third-Party Services

Figurines uses the following third-party services:

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Their respective privacy policies apply to the download and installation process.

6. Local Storage

Figurines stores data locally on your device using AsyncStorage:

• Generated figurine gallery
• Purchased action pack records
• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (e.g., sharing a figurine via messaging apps or social media). We have no access to this locally stored data. Save your figurines locally as they are stored on your device only.

7. Device Permissions

Figurines requests the following permissions:

Permission Denial: If you deny permissions, certain features may not work, but you can still use other parts of the app.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Local data is stored using standard device storage mechanisms

Local Data

• Figurine gallery is stored locally until you delete it or uninstall the app
• iCloud/Google backup behavior depends on your device settings

How to Delete Your Data

• Local data: Uninstall the app to delete all locally stored data
• Individual figurines: Delete from within the app gallery

10. Children's Privacy

Figurines is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parental consent is required for users under 18.

11. International Users

Figurines is available worldwide. By using the app, you acknowledge that your photos may be processed by servers located in the United States (ai-backend-us.storqlabs.com).

• GDPR (EU): Photos are processed for the legitimate purpose of providing the service you requested. You have the right to not use the service.
• CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data:

• Access: Your figurine gallery is stored locally - you have full access
• Deletion: Delete local data by uninstalling the app

13. AI & Entertainment Disclaimers

• Figurines is an entertainment app using AI image generation
• AI-generated figurines may not accurately represent you
• Results may be unexpected, inaccurate, or unflattering
• You are responsible for photos you submit
• You must have the rights to photos you submit
• Do not submit photos of others without their consent
• We are not responsible for how you use or share generated content

15. Service Availability & Discontinuation

By using Figurines, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We make no guarantee of continued service availability
• The service relies on third-party AI services that may become unavailable
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at our sole discretion
• We are under no obligation to maintain, update, or support the App
• Save your figurines locally as they are stored on your device only
