General Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Check Your Internet Connection
Figurines requires an internet connection to generate figurines. Make sure you're connected to WiFi or mobile data.
Force Close and Reopen
Close the app completely from your recent apps and reopen it.
Check Permissions
Go to your device Settings and ensure Figurines has camera and photo library permissions.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Play Store.
Reinstall the App
If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the app. Note: This will clear your saved figurines - save favorites to your camera roll first!
