General Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Force Close and Reopen
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (iOS) or use the recent apps button (Android), find Flag Football Scoreboard, and swipe it away. Then reopen the app.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Check OS Version
Ensure your device is running iOS 13.0+ or Android 6.0+. Check your device settings for software updates.
Reinstall the App
If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the app. Note: This will delete your game history and settings permanently.
Known Limitations
- This app is NOT official scoring or timing equipment and is not affiliated with any league or governing body
- Game history is stored locally only—deleting the app will delete all data
- The app is designed for recreational use, not official tournament or competitive use
- The game clock is for reference only and may not be perfectly accurate
- Rule presets are community-standard configurations and may not reflect the latest official rules
- We cannot recover lost data as it is stored only on your device
