Welcome to Storq Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use any mobile application published by Storq Labs ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future mobile applications published by Storq Labs, including but not limited to:

• Countdown timer applications (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Birthday, Wedding, and other event countdowns)
• Productivity and reminder applications
• Utility applications
• Any other applications published under the Storq Labs name

This policy covers applications available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3. Data Collection

3.1 What We Do NOT Collect

Storq Labs does not directly collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers. We do not:

• Require user accounts or authentication
• Collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Store photos, images, or user-generated content on our servers
• Track your precise location
• Access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data

3.2 What Our Advertising Partners May Collect

Our applications display advertisements through Google AdMob to keep them free. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect certain information, including:

• Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size
• Network Information: IP address, mobile carrier
• General Location: Country or region level (not precise GPS location)
• Ad Interaction Data: Ads viewed, clicked, and engagement metrics

This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Push Notifications

Some of our applications support push notifications. These require your explicit consent through your device's permission system. If you grant permission, we may send notifications related to app features (such as countdown alerts). You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

3.4 Photos and Camera Access

Some applications may request access to your camera or photo library to enable features like custom backgrounds or photo capture. All photos and images are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.

4.2 App Stores

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Data collection by these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies:

5. Local Data Storage

Our applications store data locally on your device to provide functionality and remember your preferences. This may include:

• App settings and customization preferences
• Countdown dates and event information you create
• Theme selections and display preferences
• Streak data and usage statistics (stored locally only)
• Captured photos (if applicable, stored in your device's photo library)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it using your device's share functionality. Uninstalling an application will delete all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If a child uses our applications, we assume that parental consent has been obtained. We display age-appropriate advertisements in compliance with applicable regulations.

7. Your Rights

7.1 General Rights

You have the right to:

• Know: Understand what data is collected (as described in this policy)
• Delete: Remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the application
• Opt-Out: Disable personalized ads through your device settings

7.2 Opting Out of Personalized Ads

To limit ad tracking and personalization:

• iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads, and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or delete your advertising ID

7.3 For California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have additional rights including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

7.4 For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, most of these rights are automatically fulfilled. To exercise rights related to advertising data, please contact Google directly or use the opt-out mechanisms described above.

7.5 Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Storq Labs does not sell personal information to third parties. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's policies, and you can control this through device settings as described above.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Since all user data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data largely depends on your device's security measures.

We recommend:

• Keeping your device's operating system updated
• Using a device passcode or biometric lock
• Only downloading apps from official app stores

9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Our applications will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• Our applications are free of viruses or harmful components
• Features or services will remain available
• Countdown calculations will be accurate in all circumstances

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STORQ LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) OUR APPLICATIONS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storq Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of our applications
• Your violation of this Privacy Policy or any applicable terms
• Your violation of any rights of any third party

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We are under no obligation to notify users of changes, though the updated date will always reflect when modifications were made.

We aim to respond to privacy inquiries, but we cannot guarantee response times or that all inquiries will receive a response.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy or your use of our applications shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Storq Labs.
