General Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Force Close and Reopen
Close the app completely from your recent apps and reopen it.
Check Your Internet Connection
URL imports and book downloads require internet. Reading imported content works offline.
Check Available Storage
Make sure you have enough storage space for imported documents.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store.
Reinstall the App
If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall. WARNING: This will delete all your documents and progress!
Device Requirements
- iOS: iOS 15.0 or later (iPhone only)
- Internet: Required for URL import and book downloads; reading works offline
- Storage: Space needed for app and imported documents
Supported File Formats
- EPUB: Standard ebook format (best support)
- PDF: Text-based PDFs only (scanned images not supported)
- TXT: Plain text files
- MD: Markdown files
- URLs: Web articles (extraction may not work for all sites)

- The app may be discontinued at any time - see our Terms of Service
- All data is stored locally - uninstalling the app deletes everything
