Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away. On Android, use your recent apps menu.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Verify Input Values
Double-check your loan amount, APR, and term. Make sure you're entering APR (not monthly rate) and the correct term unit (months vs years).
Restore Purchase
If the 'Remove Ads' purchase isn't working, look for the Restore Purchase option in the app.
Reinstall the App (Last Resort)
Uninstall and reinstall the app. WARNING: This will delete all locally stored data permanently.

- Android: Per Google Play listing requirements
- Storage: Approximately 30MB for app installation
- Internet: Not required for calculations; required for ads and purchases only
