Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store.
Verify Your Inputs
Double-check your entered values: interest rate should be annual (e.g., 6.5%), loan term in years (e.g., 30), and home price/loan amount in dollars.
Restore Purchase
If Premium features or ad removal aren't working, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchase.
Reinstall the App (Last Resort)
Uninstall and reinstall the app. WARNING: This will delete all local data permanently. Premium can be restored.
Device Requirements
- iOS: iOS 16.0 or later
- Devices: iPhone only (no iPad)
- Internet: Not required for calculations (required for ads and purchases only)
