Welcome to Nudge Habit, a simple habit reminder application developed by Storq Labs BV. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (spoiler: essentially none), how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Nudge Habit collects and stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Habit Configuration: The habit you are tracking and your reminder interval preferences
• Streak Data: Your current streak, best streak, and completion history
• User Preferences: Quiet hours settings and other app configuration choices
• Completion Timestamps: When you marked your habit as done

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we do NOT do:

• We do NOT collect personal identifying information (name, email, phone number, address, etc.)
• We do NOT require account creation, registration, or login
• We do NOT store any data on external servers, cloud services, or databases
• We do NOT track your location or movement
• We do NOT access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or other device features
• We do NOT use analytics, tracking SDKs, or telemetry
• We do NOT use advertising or ad networks
• We do NOT sell, rent, share, or transfer any user data to third parties because we have no user data
• We do NOT use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• We do NOT collect crash reports or usage statistics

4. Third-Party Services

Nudge Habit is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy policies and terms of service apply to the download, installation, and purchase of the app.

We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or external services into Nudge Habit. The app operates entirely offline and independently.

5. Purchase Model

Nudge Habit is a paid application with a one-time purchase price. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no advertisements, and no premium upgrades.

• We do NOT receive, process, or store any payment information
• All billing is managed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID account
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple (see Support page for instructions)
• We have no access to your payment details or purchase history

6. Notifications

Nudge Habit uses iOS local notifications to send you habit reminders. These notifications are:

• Generated and scheduled entirely on your device
• Not sent through any external server or push notification service
• Fully under your control through iOS notification settings
• Subject to iOS system limitations and battery optimization

7. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can delete all app data at any time by:

• Uninstalling Nudge Habit from your device, or
• Offloading the app through iOS Settings (this preserves documents and data), or
• Deleting the app through iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Nudge Habit > Delete App

8. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Please understand the following:

• The app is a simple reminder tool, not a therapeutic intervention
• References to ADHD, neurodivergence, or executive dysfunction in our marketing describe our target audience, not medical claims
• The app does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• The app is NOT a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, medication, or consultation with qualified healthcare providers
• Habit formation and behavioral changes should be discussed with appropriate healthcare professionals
• If you have ADHD or any other medical condition, please continue to follow your healthcare provider's guidance
• We make no claims about the app's effectiveness for any medical or psychological purpose

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

NUDGE HABIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• WARRANTIES THAT NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED RELIABLY OR ON TIME
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL HELP YOU FORM HABITS OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME

You use Nudge Habit at your own risk. We do not guarantee any results from using the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STORQ LABS BV AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, streak history, or app preferences
• Missed reminders or notification failures
• Failed habit formation or behavioral changes
• Any health-related outcomes or lack thereof
• Emotional distress related to broken streaks or app usage
• Device compatibility issues or software conflicts
• Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the app

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

11. Children's Privacy

Nudge Habit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, this includes children.

12. International Users

Nudge Habit may be available in various countries through the Apple App Store. Since we do not collect, process, or transfer any personal data, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns. All data remains on your device in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
