Troubleshooting Steps

Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:

Force Close and Restart the App

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the Home button on older devices), find Nudge Habit, and swipe it away. Then reopen the app.

Restart Your Device

A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues with notifications and app performance.

Check Notification Permissions

Go to Settings > Nudge Habit > Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled. Also check Focus mode settings.

Check for App Updates

Open the App Store, tap your profile, and check if Nudge Habit has an available update.

Update iOS

Go to Settings > General > Software Update to ensure your device is running the latest iOS version.

Reinstall the App (Last Resort)

If all else fails, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. WARNING: This will permanently delete all your data including streaks and cannot be undone.
