General Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Force Close and Reopen
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-tap Home), find Padel Score Tracker, and swipe it away. Then reopen the app.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Play Store.
Check OS Version
Ensure your device is running a supported iOS or Android version.
Reinstall the App
If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the app. Note: This will delete your match history and settings.
Known Limitations
- This app is NOT an official scoring system and is not affiliated with any padel governing body
- Match history is stored locally only - deleting the app will delete all data
- The app is designed for casual play, not official tournament use
- No cloud sync - matches don't transfer between devices
- Scoring rules may not reflect the latest official updates
- We cannot recover lost match history under any circumstances
