General Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Force Close and Reopen
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen, find Pickleball Scoreboard, and swipe it away. Then reopen the app.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store.
Check iOS Version
Ensure your device is running iOS 15 or later. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
Reinstall the App
If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store. Note: This will delete your match history and settings.
Known Limitations
- This app is NOT an official scoring system and is not affiliated with any pickleball governing body
- Match history is stored locally only - deleting the app will delete all data
- The app is designed for casual play, not official tournament use
- Extended use with screen-on may affect battery life
- Rules implemented may not reflect the latest official updates
- Available for iPhone only (no iPad or Apple Watch version currently)
