Data stored locally on your device is used exclusively for:

• Enabling core app functionality (importing, editing, and exporting screenshots)
• Saving and loading your projects
• Remembering your app preferences

Your data only leaves your device when you explicitly choose to export or share your created images.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over data retention and deletion:

• Delete Projects: Remove individual projects within the app
• Clear App Data: Use your device's settings to clear app data
• Uninstall: Removing the app will delete all locally stored data

We cannot delete your data because we do not have access to it. Your data exists only on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Shotframe is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting children's data. However, the advertising component (Google AdMob) may collect device information regardless of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to a third-party service through our app, please contact the relevant third-party service directly (e.g., Google for AdMob-related concerns).

8.1 European Union Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, because we do not collect or process personal data, most GDPR rights are not applicable to data we hold (as we hold none).

For data collected by third-party services (AdMob, Apple, Google, RevenueCat), please exercise your rights directly with those services.

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we do not collect personal information, we have nothing to disclose, delete, or provide access to.

We do not sell personal information. For advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's privacy controls and opt-out mechanisms.

Your data is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms. The security of this data depends on:

• No refunds will be provided upon service discontinuation except where required by law
• You should not rely on the continued availability of this App
• All locally stored data will remain on your device but may become inaccessible
