General Troubleshooting Steps

Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:

Check App Permissions

Ensure Shotframe has permission to access your photo library in your device settings.

Restart the App

Close Shotframe completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.

Restart Your Device

A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.

Check for Updates

Make sure you have the latest version of Shotframe from the App Store or Play Store.

Check Storage Space

Ensure your device has enough free storage for saving projects and exports.

Reinstall the App

If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall Shotframe. Note: This will delete all saved projects.

Known Limitations

  • Very high-resolution images may cause performance issues on older devices
  • Processing many screenshots simultaneously may be slow on devices with limited RAM
  • Device frames are approximations and may not perfectly match actual device dimensions
  • Export file sizes depend on source image quality and selected export size

We welcome your feedback! When reporting bugs, please provide as much detail as possible including steps to reproduce the issue.

For feature requests, let us know what you'd like to see in future versions of Shotframe. While we can't promise to implement every suggestion, we read and consider all feedback.

Refund Requests

All purchases are processed through Apple or Google. We do not have access to payment information or the ability to process refunds directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or Google Play Help (Google) to request a refund.
