How to Use

Troubleshooting

General Troubleshooting Steps

Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:

Force Close and Reopen

On iOS: Swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away. On Android: Use Recent Apps and swipe the app away. Then reopen.

Restart Your Device

A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.

Check for Updates

Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Check OS Version

Ensure your device is running iOS 15+ or Android 8.0+.

Reinstall the App

If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall the app. Warning: This will delete your match history and settings permanently.

Known Limitations

  • This app is NOT an official scoring system and is not affiliated with any squash governing body
  • Match history is stored locally only — deleting the app will permanently delete all data
  • No cloud sync or backup to our servers (by design, for privacy)
  • No multi-device sync — data lives only on the device where it was created
  • No account recovery because there are no accounts
  • The app is designed for casual and club play, not official tournament use
  • Rules implemented may not reflect the latest official updates from governing bodies
  • Available for iPhone only (no iPad) on iOS

Please note: Squash Score Pro is developed by an independent developer. Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not offer phone support or live chat. We aim to respond to emails within 5-7 business days, but response times may vary. We read all feedback but cannot respond to every message individually.

Refund Requests

Squash Score Pro v1.0 is free, so there's nothing to refund. If future versions include in-app purchases, all purchases will be processed through Apple or Google. We do not have access to payment information or the ability to process refunds directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or Google Play Help (Android) to request a refund from the platform.
