General Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:
Check Your Internet Connection
Still Here requires an internet connection to sync check-ins and send alerts. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Update the App
Make sure you have the latest version of Still Here from the App Store. Updates may include bug fixes and improvements.
Check Notification Settings
Go to Settings > Notifications > Still Here and ensure notifications are enabled.
Restart the App
Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
Restart Your Device
A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.
