Storq Labs develops mobile applications focused on countdown timers and productivity tools. Our apps are available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

Our countdown apps help you track the days, hours, minutes, and seconds until important events in your life, including holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving) and personal milestones (birthdays, weddings, vacations, and more).

Troubleshooting Steps

Before contacting support, please try these general troubleshooting steps:

Force Close and Restart

Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom (or double-click the Home button) and swipe the app away. On Android, open Recent Apps and swipe the app away.

A simple device restart can resolve many temporary issues.

Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play. Updates often include bug fixes.
