Welcome to WhoWon, an AI-powered argument and photo judge app developed by Storq Labs BV ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the WhoWon app.

WhoWon lets you upload text screenshots and photos for AI analysis. The AI provides verdicts, power scores, and shareable verdict cards.

2. Information We Collect

Images You Upload

When you submit screenshots or photos for analysis, those images are sent to third-party AI services for processing. Images are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after the verdict is generated.

Local Data

The app may store the following data locally on your device:

• App preferences and settings
• Generated verdict cards (saved to your device)

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not collect your name, email, or phone number
• We do not store your uploaded images after processing
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data
• We do not sell any personal information

4. Third-Party Services

WhoWon uses the following third-party services:

• AI Processing: Your uploaded images are sent to third-party AI services to generate verdicts. These services may process images according to their own privacy policies.
• Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and other information as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can limit ad personalization on your device:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable tracking

6. Data Deletion

Since we do not store your images after processing and all app data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app will delete all associated data. There is no data stored on our servers to delete.

7. Children's Privacy

WhoWon is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@storqlabs.com.

8. Your Rights

EU/EEA Users (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Since we do not store personal data on our servers, these rights are automatically satisfied.

California Users (CCPA)

Under CCPA, you have the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

By using WhoWon, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may discontinue the app at any time without prior notice
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at our sole discretion
• We are under no obligation to maintain, update, or support the app
• No refunds will be provided upon service discontinuation
